Ingredient

  • Fresh milk without sugar: 1 liter
  • Condensed milk with sugar: 50ml
  • Female yogurt: 1 box
  • Glass bottle

Step 1: Add condensed milk to fresh milk and stir with your hands until the condensed milk is completely dissolved, then heat it for 1-2 minutes (do not boil).

Step 2: Put the female yoghurt into the warm mixture, stir well, then put them in glass jars one by one, cover with lids or food wrap.

Step 3: Incubate yogurt

  • Turn on the fryer and preheat it with PREHEAT mode at 70 degrees C for about 5 minutes
  • Put the glass jars in a basin of warm water about 50 degrees C (water about 1/3 of the body of the glass jar) and then put it in the oven to start incubation.
  • Select PROOF mode to incubate at 40 degrees C for 4 hours. During incubation, do not open the oven to avoid affecting the yogurt incubation process.
