Foods that help treat headaches effectively

Besides using medicine, dishes with nutritious ingredients also help you get rid of headaches.

The current abuse of painkillers makes the number of people with headaches increasing and the level of pain worse. Besides using medicine, we can cure headaches with nutritious dishes.

1. Chicken soup River-leaf creeper

Material:

  • 300g Chicken 
  • 1 garlic
  • 100g river-leaf creeper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 3 citronella

How to do it:

  • Chicken is washed with dilute brine, chopped into bite-sized pieces, drained.
  • Marinate chicken with a little pepper, salt, seasoning, sugar, finely chopped garlic… about 15 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
  • Put a little oil in a hot pot then add the minced garlic to the golden filling, then add the marinated chicken and stir evenly to hunt the meat again.
  • After the chicken has been hunted, put a medium-sized amount of filtered water in a large heat pot.
  • Let the chicken boil for about 1-2 minutes, then add the jiang leaves to boil again, season to taste.

2. Green bean tea, aloe vera, alum sugar

Material:

  • 150g green bean
  • 400g aloe vera
  • 10g Fried Seaweed
  • 150 – 200g alum sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • Pandan or vanilla

How to do it

  • Put whole green beans and soak with water for about 3-4 hours, then remove to drain. Fried seaweed is washed, soaked with water to soften, then removed to drain.
  • Use a knife to cut 2 contours on the side of aloe vera, then use a shavings knife to separate all the green peel, chop the pomegranate seeds, soak in water. Then squeeze aloe vera with salt and lemon juice to remove the bitterness. Rinse with cold water, remove to basket to drain.
  • Put aloe vera into aloe vera shedding with hot water, then quickly remove aloe vera soaked in cold water to make aloe vera crispier and whiter, marinate with 50g of alum sugar and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
  • Put the pot on the stove, add about 1.5 liters of water together with 1 teaspoon of salt. When the water boils, add the chickpeas and cook and squeeze out.
  • When the chickpeas are cooked, add the aloe vera part and the ear gauge, and add the alum sugar at the same time to absorb the flavor. Depending on your preference, give the right amount of sugar. Add vanilla or pandan leaves and stir with a patch to make the tea pot more aromatic. Then, cook for about 5 more minutes and then turn off the burner.

3. Sugarcane juice wipe with chia seeds.

Matarial:

  • 500g tuber
  • 400g Sugarcane reed
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 80g alum sugar 
  • 50g pandan leaves
  • 2 Lit Water

How to do it:

  • Taproot is peeled, washed, cut into small pieces and then soaked in ice water to prevent blackening.
  •  Sugarcane is peeled, washed, split into small chunks so that when cooking, it will be easier to produce fresh water. Chia seeds soak in water so that the chia seeds bloom evenly.
  • Place a pot with a deep heart on the stove, put in filtered water, sugarcane and taproot cook at the same time over medium heat for about 30 minutes to produce fresh water.
  • Then add the pandan leaves and cook for about 10 minutes and then add the alum sugar.
  • Taste again to see if it suits your taste and turn off the burner. Add chia seed juice, stir and finish.
