Duck satay hot pot

The satay duck hotpot is spicy, rich, and can be prepared simply at home in the days of avoiding the epidemic.

Ingredient:

– Duck: 1 kg

– Fresh coconut
– Water spinach, broccoli, melon, mushrooms…
– White tofu
– Noodles or vermicelli.
– Lemongrass, chili, satay.

Making:

– Duck washed with salt and ginger, cut into bite-sized pieces.

– Marinate duck with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of satay, minced onions. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

– Lemongrass 3-5 minced cloves. Put a little oil in the pot, add minced lemongrass and saute, add minced chili, add 1-2 tablespoons of satay and stir-fry for a few more minutes, turn off the heat. Take out a cup.

– Fresh coconut 1-2 fruits get water, put a little salt in coconut water.

– Wash vegetables and mushrooms. Peeled melon and cut into medium pieces, white tofu cut into small pieces.

– In the same pot, put the duck in the stir-fry, add the fresh coconut to cook. Add a few slices of ginger for aroma, seasoning to taste. Cook until the duck is cooked, add a cup of lemongrass satay to cook for a few more minutes.

– When cooking, add noodles, vegetables and mushrooms, melon, tofu. Dip duck with chao or chili sauce as you like.
