With a pressure cooker, you can cook a lot of different dishes such as stewing bones, stewing porridge, cooking soup, etc. It’s so simple and delicious that anyone can make it for the whole family to enjoy.

How to make nutritious chicken stew with Dreamer pressure cooker

Materials:

  • 1 large chicken (2.5 – 3 kg);
  • ½ cup sticky sticky rice;
  • 2 dried onions;
  • 6 plump dried garlic cloves;
  • 2 thin slices of ginger;
  • Spring onion;
  • Spices: seasoning, monosodium glutamate, salt, hot pepper;
  • 4 cups of water.

Making:

Step 1: Preliminary:

Chicken after cleaning feathers, wash, rub with salt and rinse again with water.

Glutinous rice is washed and drained.

Step 2: Put the rice in the Dreamer pressure cooker, place the chicken on top of the glutinous rice and add onions, garlic, salt, seasoning and 4 cups of prepared water.

Step 3: Close the lid and lock the valve, select the function to cook Stewed soup, adjust the time on the control panel for about 25 minutes. After about 25 minutes, the pot will automatically switch to Keep Warm mode. You should wait about 10 minutes for the pot to reduce the pressure and then put the pot on again.

Step 5: Take the chicken out to a large plate, continue to turn on the pot for another 5 minutes so that the porridge can be cooked and thickened. Chicken after taking out, to avoid burns you should use gloves to remove.

After stewing porridge for about 5 minutes, open the float, adjust the seasoning, add green onions and fresh ginger to increase the aroma.

Serve this nutritious porridge by scooping porridge and spreading tender pieces of shredded chicken over the top of the bowl. When eating, you should add a little spicy pepper to make the dish more attractive and delicious.
