For making sponge cakes with pressure cookers, the ingredients needed are:
- Wheat flour: about 1 cup equivalent to 140g
- Eggs: 3 eggs
- Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar: 200g
- Milk: 1/2 cup (120ml)
- Vanilla: 1 spoon (spoon)
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (spoon)
- Oil: 60ml
Make sponge cake with Dreamer multifunction pressure cooker
Step 1: Crack eggs into a bowl, add vanilla and sugar
Step 2: Use a whisk or use your hands to whip it up
Step 3: Sift in the flour and mix well with the above mixture
Step 4: Heat the Dreamer pressure cooker by plugging it in, press Start and let it sit for about 2 minutes
Step 5: Line a layer of parchment paper into the pressure cooker
Step 6: Add the above mixed flour mixture and adjust the pressure segment gradually
Step 7: Continue to cook for 20 minutes, then open the lid, use a toothpick to check if the cake is cooked or not. If cooked, press the Keep Warm/Cancel button to turn off the stove.
