+ 2 of lemongrass

+ 1 piece of ginger

Steps to make soy sauce soaked beef

+ Filter beef to remove fat on the outside and then wash it. Use string to tighten the beef. Put the beef in the Dreamer multi-function pressure cooker, then pour the water to cover the meat, add a little seasoning, adjust the pressure and time for about 40 minutes and then boil.

+ Ginger does not need to be peeled, just wash thoroughly and then mince.

– How to soak:

+ Put the beef in the saucepan, then add soy sauce, ginger, lemongrass, seasoning seeds, MSG and cooking oil to marinate. Leave for about 3 hours for the spices to fully absorb into the beef.

+ Fill the meat with water and then simmer in the Dreamer pressure cooker with low pressure segment. When the water is almost gone and the meat is tender, the dish is done.

+ Cool meat, when eaten, cut into thin pieces, served with raw vegetables, cucumbers and palanquins.
