Ingredient:

  • Unsalted butter: 30g
  • Sugar: 40g
  • Fresh milk without sugar: 150ml
  • Flour No. 11: 30gr
  • Tapioca starch: 150gr
  • Chicken eggs: 2 eggs
  • Black Sesame: 25gr

Step 1: Melt the butter, sugar, and milk mixture over low heat until melted.

Step 2: Add the flour and stir on the stove until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.

Step 3: Add tapioca starch into the above mixture but divide it into 3 times, each time adding tapioca starch, knead the dough and then continue until the dough is gone. The smoother the more pliable the mixture is perfect

Step 4: Beat 2 eggs until the yolks and whites are melted and then beat with the flour until smooth.

Step 5: Add the black sesame seeds to the flour mixture. Shape the cake as you like with an ice cream bag and place it on parchment paper.

Step 6: Bake the cake

  • Turn on the fryer, select the TOAST mode to bake the cake at 180°C for 10 minutes in the first baking.
  • Continue to bake a second time at 180°C for another 15 minutes to complete.
