Ingredient:
- Potatoes: 500g
- Cheese powder: 3 teaspoons
- Cooking oil, salt
Step 1: Preliminary
- Potatoes are washed, peeled and cut into thin slices
- Soak the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes, then take them out and let them dry.
Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and mix well with the potatoes
Step 3:
- Place the potatoes in a baking tray and place in the oven. Select the PIZZA mode and set the temperature to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.
- Observe and take out the potatoes to stir evenly (5-10 minutes / time).
Step 4: When the potato is cooked, take it out and sprinkle a thin layer of cheese powder on it, shake it again for the flour to absorb the potato evenly.
