Ingredient:

  • Ripe jackfruit: 1kg
  • Lemon: 1 fruit

Step 1: Split jackfruit, remove seeds, peel into thin pieces and then soak with lemon juice diluted with water for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Arrange soaked jackfruit on a baking tray, spread evenly without overlapping.

Step 3: Put the jackfruit tray into the fryer, adjust the temperature to 50°C and leave it for 4 hours. Check regularly until the jackfruit turns yellow-brown.

Step 4: Let the jackfruit cool and store it tightly.
