Ingredient:

  • 1 bunch of ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3-4 tablespoons of filtered water

Step 1: Peel the banana and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Soak bananas in lemon juice for about 10 minutes.

Step 2: Drying bananas:

  • Arrange banana slices on a baking tray (spread evenly, do not stack)
  • Put the banana tray in the oven. Adjust the temperature to 125°C and leave for 18-20 minutes.
  • Check regularly until the banana turns golden brown.

Step 3: When the banana is dry, take it out to cool, pack it tightly and store it in the refrigerator.
