Ingredient:

  • Enoki mushrooms: 200gr
  • Minced chili
  • Spring onion
  • Soy sauce, sugar, cooking oil

Step 1: Clean, dry, and cut off the legs

Step 2: Put 1 tablespoon of sugar in a bowl of soy sauce, stir until dissolved, and then pour over enoki mushrooms.

Step 3: Put the mushrooms in the fryer, select the STEAM mode, adjust to 100 degrees C and steam for 10 minutes to complete. Sprinkle with chili and green onions and enjoy.
