Ingredient:
- Milk oysters: 10
- Quail eggs: 10 eggs
- Mayonnaise: 30ml
- Cheese: 4 small pieces
- Fresh milk without sugar: 50ml
- Lemon: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 20g
Step 1: Wash oysters with water and separate the meat on a plate
Step 2: Make cheese sauce:
Mix well the mixture including: cheese, mayonnaise, fresh milk without sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 20g of sugar until smooth.
Step 3: Put oysters in small silver bowls, crack 1-2 quail eggs and pour cheese sauce over silver bowl.
Step 4: Put in the fryer, choose FISH mode and bake at 180oC for 10 minutes. Add roasted peanuts to grilled oysters before serving.
