Ingredient

  • Shrimp: 500g
  • Bacon: 500gr
  • Clean vegetables: Curry lettuce, lettuce, bean sprouts, basil, perilla, pickles, green mango, …
  • Dew-dried rice paper/ Rolled rice paper
  • Minced dried onion, minced garlic
  • Seasoning: Fish sauce, sugar, salt, oyster sauce
  • Sugarcane or lemongrass (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

  • Shrimp peeled, deveined, washed and drained
  • Bacon is only pureed, not crushed
  • Washed raw vegetables
  • Thinly sliced cucumber and mango to serve with rice paper
  • Sugarcane or lemongrass cut into small pieces (12-15cm)

Step 2: Marinate ingredients

  • Shrimp and meat mixed with onion, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons fish sauce and stir well to absorb.
  • Wrap the shrimp-meat mixture in the cane/lemongrass stalks

Step 3: Grilled shrimp

  • Put the shrimp-meat wrapped in sugarcane/lemongrass into the oven
  • Select FISH mode at 180oC for 15 minutes

Step 4: Make chili garlic sauce according to your taste
