SALTED EGG BALLS USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:
  • minced pork: 500gr
  • Salted duck eggs: 5 eggs
  • Chicken eggs: 3 eggs
  • Dried black fungus: 5 pieces
  • Onion: 1
  • Purple onion, green onion, cilantro
  • Fried garlic: ½ tablespoons
  • Tapioca or cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Cashew oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce: 1 tablespoons
  • Seasoning seeds, monosodium glutamate
STEP 1: INGREDIENTS
  • Soak mushrooms for 10 minutes to expand, rinse with cold water
  • Peel the onion, red onion and wash it with scallions and cilantro
  • Chop the above ingredients into small pieces

Step 2: Marinate the meat

  • Put minced meat in a bowl, mix together with mushrooms, onion, red onion, scallions and chopped cilantro.
  • Crack in 2 more eggs. Add tbsp sauteed garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp seasoning, tsp cashew oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp fish sauce and last is 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch.
  • Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 3: Fix the spring rolls before cooking

  • Place the marinated meat in a bowl/mold with ½ tablespoon of cashew oil on the bottom.
  • Cut the salted egg and put it on the meat

Step 4: Steam the meat

  • Turn on the fryer, put the meat bowl in and select the STEAM mode to steam the eggs at 100 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
