Ingredient:
- Lean beef: 200gr
- Lard: 60gr
- Piper lolot: 200gr
- Garlic, herbs, peanuts
- Cooking oil, pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate, sugar
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash and mince (or grind) the beef

Step 2: Marinate grilled beef with guise leaves

- Turn on the fryer, select TOAST mode to bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Make seasoning sauce
- Take a cup of fish sauce and then add about 3-5 tablespoons of boiling water to cool to make fish sauce. Add a bit of non-fragrant minced lemongrass, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, minced chili, squeeze more lemon and mix well.
