Ingredient:
- Lean minced meat: 1.3-1.4kg
- Ginger, onion, granulated salt (to deodorize meat)
- Sugar, honey, white wine, malt
- Five flavors, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, molasses, garlic powder, onion powder
Step 1: Prepare the meat
Clean minced meat and cut into pieces about 5-7cm.
Put the meat in boiling water with ginger, onions, and salt to remove odors and other impurities.
Rinse with water and then dry.
Step 2: Marinate the meat
Make seasoning for meat: 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons white wine, 2 tablespoons malt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon Coffee with five spices, some garlic powder and onion powder.
Stir until the mixture thickens and set aside about 2 tablespoons of this marinade to drizzle over the meat before grilling.
Pour the sauce over the meat and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours for the meat to absorb the flavors (you can leave it overnight to save time).
Step 3: Grill the meat
Turn on the Dreamer Super Heat Fryer and preheat it on PREHEAT at 180oC for 3 minutes.
Put the meat on the baking tray and then put it in the oven, select the RIBS mode, bake the meat at 180oC for 20 minutes before.
Take out the meat and spread it with the marinade so that the meat has a nice color and doesn’t dry out. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes more.
After the meat is cooked, take it out of the oven, let it cool and then slice it thinly to taste.
