Ingredient:
- Lean pork shoulder: 200gr
- Chicken eggs: 3 eggs
- Shiitake mushrooms: 4-5 pieces
- Wood ear: 4-5 pieces
- Tac (kumquat): 1 fruit
- Green onions, seasoning seeds, fish sauce, spices, pepper
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms soaked in water to bloom, washed and then chopped.
Kumquat (kumquat) peeled, chopped
Green onions, washed and finely chopped
Lean pork shoulder washed and pureed
Step 2: Marinate the meat
Put the meat, wood ear, shiitake, onion, kumquat (kumquat) in a large bowl, add some pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning and mix it all up.
Add 2 eggs and mix well.
Break the remaining egg into another bowl, beat well and pour over the meat last.
Step 3: Steam the meat
Turn on the Dreamer superheated steam fryer, put the meat bowl in the oven. Select STEAM mode to steam at 100oC for 30 minutes.
