Ingredient:

  • Young ribs: 500grRed onion, garlic, pepper
  • Honey
  • Oyster oil, five flavors, cashew oil, satay, seasoning seeds
  • Assorted raw vegetables served

Step 1: Prepare ribs

Wash the meat and rub salt on the meat to remove the smell
Soak the meat in boiling water for about 3 minutes to remove dirt, take out, rinse with water and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Seasoning the ribs

Grind onions and garlic and then squeeze out the juice.
Add in onion and garlic juice, including: 1 teaspoon of five spices, 2 teaspoons of cashew oil, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, ½ tablespoon of seasoning , 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon satay. Stir this mixture well and then apply on the ribs, marinate for 3-4 hours (or marinate overnight to save time).

Step 3: Grill the ribs

Turn on the fryer and preheat the oven on PREHEAT at 180oC for 3 minutes.
Arrange the ribs (not too close together) on a baking tray and then put in the fryer, choose RIBS mode and then adjust 200oC for 15 minutes. Monitor the meat to adjust the time or temperature more appropriately.
Then, flip the other side of the ribs, spread a layer of seasoning to marinate the meat so that the ribs do not dry out while grilling, bake for another 10 minutes to be cooked.
