Ingredient:

  • Sandwiches 8 pieces
  • Yogurt with sugar 2 jars
  • Condensed milk, mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour mixed with water

Making

Step 1:

Put yogurt, condensed milk, mayonnaise in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker, cook in Steam mode for about 20 minutes to boil. Press Start to start cooking.
Add the tapioca water and stir until thickened.

Step 2:

  • Place the mixture in a piping bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the bread, cut off the edges.

Step 3:

  • Invert the pieces of bread, sprinkle water on both ends so that the 2 pieces of bread stick together.
  • Leave one end for the filling in the refrigerator, continue to sweep the water and press again to finish.

Finished Products:

Soft, greasy yogurt cake with delicious cool filling.
