KOREAN STYLE CHEESE AND SPICY RICE CAKE

Ingredient:

  • Plain rice flour: 160g
  • Glutinous rice flour: 40 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese: 100 grams
  • Gochujang Korean Soy Sauce
  • Korean fish cakes: 100 grams
  • Chicken eggs: 2 eggs
  • Condiments: soy sauce, brown sugar, Korean chili powder
  • Garlic, ginger, onion, green onion, carrot
  • Shrimp noodles, sausage, dried shrimp

Making:

Step 1: The rice cake part

  • Put the glutinous rice flour and glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl. Slowly pour in the boiling water, stirring while pouring.
  • Knead the dough until even and smooth, cover with cling film and let cool for about 10 minutes.

  • Carrots, fish cakes, boiled eggs and sausages cut into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking broth:

  • Put garlic, onion, ginger and dried shrimp in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker and cook for about 30 minutes, then filter through a sieve to get water, remove the residue.
  • Mix broth with ingredients of soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and paprika.
  • Stir well and season to taste.

Step 3: Done

  • Put rice cakes, fish cakes and sausages in the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Put the egg and cheese on top when it is soft.
