Ingredient:
- Plain rice flour: 160g
- Glutinous rice flour: 40 grams
- Mozzarella cheese: 100 grams
- Gochujang Korean Soy Sauce
- Korean fish cakes: 100 grams
- Chicken eggs: 2 eggs
- Condiments: soy sauce, brown sugar, Korean chili powder
- Garlic, ginger, onion, green onion, carrot
- Shrimp noodles, sausage, dried shrimp
Making:
Step 1: The rice cake part
- Put the glutinous rice flour and glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl. Slowly pour in the boiling water, stirring while pouring.
- Knead the dough until even and smooth, cover with cling film and let cool for about 10 minutes.

Cooking broth:
- Put garlic, onion, ginger and dried shrimp in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker and cook for about 30 minutes, then filter through a sieve to get water, remove the residue.
- Mix broth with ingredients of soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and paprika.
- Stir well and season to taste.
Step 3: Done
- Put rice cakes, fish cakes and sausages in the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
