Ingredient:
- Dumpling dough 200g
- Fresh milk, coconut milk
- Purple sweet potato
- Sugar, cooking oil, dry yeast
Making:
Step 1: Prepare sweet potatoes and milk:
- Steam and mash sweet potatoes.
- Heat or microwave milk until slightly warm. Mix with sugar, coconut milk, yeast and divide the mixture in half.
- Divide the dough into two parts, knead the 120g portion with ½ of the milk mixture.
- The 80g flour is mixed with purple sweet potatoes and then kneaded with the remaining milk.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, add cooking oil and continue kneading.
Step 2: Incubate the dough
- Incubate the dough with a warm towel or plastic wrap for 1 hour.
- Roll the two pieces of dough into even portions.
- Place on top of each other, roll lightly to bond and curl.
Step 3: Steam the cake
- Put in a basket and steam in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker with the STEAM button for about 15-20 minutes, until the cake is cooked.
- Press START to start cooking.
