Ingredient:
- Cookies
- Unsalted Butter, Whipping Cream
- 5 egg yolks, lemon zest
- Condensed milk, lemon, sugar
Making:
Step 1: Crush / puree the cookies, let the unsalted butter melt, add the sugar and mix well.
Step 2: Spread evenly into the mold, compact your hands and bake in a Dreamer oil-free fryer for 10 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
Step 3: Beat egg yolk and condensed milk mixture, continue to add grated lemon peel and lemon juice to beat well.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into the baking pan, bake for another 20-25 minutes, 150 degrees C with a Dreamer oil-free fryer. Let cool, refrigerate overnight or 7-8 hours.
Step 5: Catch the whipping and decorate with lemon to your liking.
Attention:
- Do not bake the cake at too high a temperature to avoid drying.
- Add enough lemon zest to avoid bitterness.
