Delicious soups for a warmer winter day

In the middle of the cold winter, a delicious bowl of hot soup will make you forget the cold weather. Here's a simple three-soup recipe that'll make it easy for you to make the perfect side dish.

1. Stewed radish pork tail soup

Ingredient:

  • 300g pig’s tail
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/3 kohlrabi
  • 1 piece of lotus root
  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • A few cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 sprigs of scallions

Doing:

  • Vegetables are peeled, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces to serve on a plate. The pig’s tail is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces, then put the water in a pot to boil, then briefly blanched, then poured the water away, then rinsed it clean.
  • Put a clean pot on the stove with a little cooking oil, heat the oil and then fry the garlic until fragrant. Put the pig’s tail in and stir-fry with a bit of seasoning, including fish sauce, salt, and seasoning powder.
  • Add enough water to the pot and cook until the pork tail is soft. Put carrots, lotus roots, kohlrabi in the stew until the vegetables are almost cooked, then add the pumpkin notes (the pumpkin is very quick to cook, so it’s time to put it).
  • All vegetables are cooked, seasoning to taste, then add a little pepper, green onions, then turn off the stove, scoop the soup into a bowl and enjoy immediately. Pork tail soup stewed with vegetables is soft, delicious, and very attractive.

2. Potato and carrot rib soup

Ingredient:

  • 500g pork ribs
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • Spring onion

Doing:

  • Wash ribs, put in a large pot, pour water to cover the ribs. Bring to a boil, as soon as the water starts to boil, remove the ribs to another pot. This step is to clean the ribs more.
  • Fill a new pot of ribs with water, then bring to a boil over medium heat. Use a ladle to scoop out the foam in the pot. Continue to cook over medium heat, cover half of the pot to prevent the broth from becoming cloudy, and simmer for at least 2 hours.
  • Potatoes, carrots washed, cut into bite-sized squares. When the ribs have simmered for enough time, add the potatoes and carrots and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add seasoning to taste.
  • Before turning off the stove for about 15 seconds, add the washed scallions and aromatics into the pot of ribs.

3. Mushroom rib soup

Ingredient:

  • 600g sirloin rib2 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • A small branch of ginger
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • Mushrooms depending on the type, can choose enoki mushrooms, seafood mushrooms …

Doing:

  • Chop the ribs into bite-sized pieces, boil water, blanch the ribs for a few minutes, then drain the water, rinse the ribs again.
  • Put the ribs in a pot, add water and two slices of ginger, bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes until the ribs are tender. Add 2 tablespoons of seasoning.
  • Cut cabbage into small pieces, wash and dry. Tomatoes areca zone status.
  • When the ribs are soft, add the tomatoes first, the tomatoes are soft, then add the cabbage and mushrooms. Season to taste and then add the tomato sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes when the mushrooms and cabbage are soft, turn off the heat. Sprinkle in finely chopped coriander.
