Ingredient:

  • Lean meat: 400g
  • Pork fat: 150g
  • Fish sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Seasoning: teaspoonGround pepper

Step 1: Put all the ingredients into the blender, grind for a maximum of 5 minutes until the meat is smooth and elastic, do not grind for too long or the meat will be friable.

(Depending on the amount of meat that can be divided into 2-3 batches)

Step 2: Put the meat in the tray, spread a thin layer of cooking oil.

Step 3: Put the meat mold into the Dreamer superheated steam fryer, select STEAM mode to steam at 150oC for 30 minutes to cook. (Depending on the amount of meat you process, adjust the time and temperature accordingly).
