Perform
Step 1: Soak the green beans for 1-2 hours to bloom, put the beans in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker with ginseng water face down, cooked. When using a high-frequency rice cooker, the beans will cook more evenly than a conventional rice cooker.
Step 2: Soft beans, puree the beans. (Cooking the beans to become slightly mushy is easy to spread, then open the lid of the pot to evaporate and drain.)
Step 3: Use 350g of glutinous rice flour (remaining 50g as flour) for 300ml of boiling water and mix until the water is absorbed into the dough. Close the lid to let the dough rise. At this point, if the powder is not completely mixed with the water, do not add water.
Step 4: Heat the pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, add the shallots and fry until golden brown. Add the green beans and stir-fry, stir until the beans, onions, and oil are mixed together for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Step 5: Volume the staff to eat (large or small as you like).
Step 6: Take the dough out to a flat surface, knead the dough until smooth, at this point, if the dough is sticky, add more flour, or add water if the dough is dry. But do not rush to add water or flour at first, knead for a while until the dough comes together and then see if you need more. Knead until the dough is flexible, soft and smooth.
Step 7: Divide the dough into balls equal to the size of the filling (depending on how much or less the dough can be reduced), slightly flatten the dough ball.
Step 8: You put the filling in the middle of the sealed package, the filling and the dough must be close together, there is no gap, the water will not be broken when cooking the pellets. The rest of the dough pellets are made of small pellets to make pellets (small pellets without filling).
Step 9: Cook a pot of boiling water, drop each tea ball in. Cook until the water floats to the surface, take out the pot of cold water.
Step 10: Thinly slice ginger. Cook 300g of jaggery with 400ml of water, cook the sugar and bring to a boil, add chopped ginger, remove the water and drop it in the sugar, bring to a gentle boil to let the water absorb the sugar, cook for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Step 11: Clean up the water when it is hot, sprinkle some golden roasted sesame for fragrance.
