GRILLED RAZOR SHELL WITH ONION GREASE USING STEAM AIR FRYER DKA-SAF118W

Ingredient:

  • Razor shell: 1kg
  • Green onions: 3 branches
  • Purple onion: 50g
  • Laksa leaves
  • Butter, sugar, salt, paprika

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Clean razor shell with dilute salt water for about 2-3 hours for snails to release sand and then rinse with clean water.
  • Cut the shells in half to prepare.
  • Thinly sliced purple onion.
  • Finely chopped scallions.

Step 2: Make fried onions and onion grease

  • Fry the purple onions in a small saucepan over low heat until the onions turn golden and fragrant.
  • Add sugar, salt and paprika and mix well into the green onions, then use the oil to fry the onions and pour into the green onions to get onion grease.

Step 3: Bake the razor shell

  • Turn on the fryer. The oven can be preheated with PREHEAT at 180°C for 3 minutes.
    Put the snails on a baking tray, spread butter on the snails (you can boil liquid butter and pour it over the snails), and finally put green onions on the snails.
  • Place in oven, select FISH mode and bake at 180°C for 3-5 minutes. (Can be observed to adjust the increase – decrease in temperature or baking time accordingly.)
