Ingredient:
– Beef: 500gr
– Lemongrass: 3 branches
– Ginger: 1 piece
– Garlic: 1 bulb
– Cashew oil, five spices, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, paprika,
chili sauce.
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Beef:
+ Rinse and then dry (dry).
+ Cut beef into large pieces, cut along the grain, each piece is about 5~7mm thick.
Other ingredients:
+ Lemongrass: wash, remove the root and old leaves and then minced.
+ Garlic: peeled, minced.
+ Ginger: clean the peel, wash and then mince.
Step 2: Marinate the beef
– Puree a mixture of lemongrass, garlic, minced ginger and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
– Marinate beef with the above mixture, combined with 2 teaspoons of five spices, 1
teaspoon oyster sauce, a little paprika, chili sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon
sugar coffee.
– Mix well and then cover, put in the refrigerator for about 7-8 hours to infuse the spices.
Step 3: Rim the meat
– Shred the meat on the pan. When the meat is dry, fold it onto a plate and let it cool.
– The meat can be lightly rolled to flatten out and it will be easier to tear.
Step 4: Grill the meat
– Turn on the Dreamer DKA-SAF118W steam fryer, preheat the oven with PREHEAT mode at 180oC for 3 minutes.
– Put the meat in the baking tray and then put it in the oven, select TOAST mode to bake at 100oC
in about 30 minutes. Flip the meat over and cook for another 30 minutes.
The meat is dry, not wet, and it’s done.
