MEAT SOAKED IN FISH SAUCE

Ingredient:

– Bacon: 500gr

– Fish sauce: 500ml

– Road

– Chili, red onion, garlic

– Glass bottle

Step 1: Boil the meat

– Bacon, just washed, cut into bite-sized pieces

– Put water, a little pepper, 3 sliced purple onions and meat in a pot, boil it on the stove from the Dreamer pair (note to skim the foam while boiling the meat).

– After the meat is boiled, wash it with clean water and dry it.

Step 2: Soak the meat

– Boil a mixture of 300g sugar and 500ml fish sauce, stir until the fish sauce boils (remove foam during boiling).

– Let the fish sauce cool completely before adding it to the meat to soak.

Step 3: Put the meat soaked in fish sauce into a dry glass jar. Add a little garlic and a few chili peppers and then pour more fish sauce into the jar, cover and leave in a cool place.
