Ingredient:

  • Ginger 1kg
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 500g white sugar, salt

Making:

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Ginger is washed, peeled, sliced and soaked in salt water for about 30 minutes, then rinsed with clean water.

Step 2: Boil ginger

Heat ginger in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker in STEAM mode for 15 minutes, then take it out and wash it. Then boil in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker 2-3 more times.
Squeeze a little lemon while boiling to reduce the strong taste.

Step 3: Marinate seasoning

Mix ginger with white sugar, ratio 2:1 and leave for about 30-45 minutes to infuse.
Put the mixture and pan, slug on low heat, stir until the sugar dries and crystallizes clinging to the ginger.
