SWEET POTATO CAKE

Ingredient:

  • Yellow sweet potato, purple sweet potato
  • Sticky rice flour 340g
  • Sugar, fresh milk

Making

Step 1: Preliminary processing

  • Boil and mash sweet potatoes.
  • Then mix purple sweet potatoes with 300g of glutinous rice flour, sugar and fresh milk, sift through a smooth mixture.
  • Mix remaining flour with water.
  • Take a round cake pan, spread the purple sweet potato mixture, then the yellow sweet potato.
  • On top is a layer of flour and sugar mixture.

Step 2: Steam the cake

  • Steam the cake in the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker with Steam mode for 20 minutes, turn off the power, leave for 5 minutes and then steam again in the Dreamer pot for 20 minutes.
  • Cool, remove from the mold and enjoy.
