- Rice flour, tapioca flour 100g
- Minced meat 100g, 2 eggs, chives

- Spices: fish sauce, lemon juice, white sugar
Making:
Step 1: The dough part
- Sift tapioca starch, rice flour, a little salt, mix well with 170ml of boiling water, then let it cool.
- Knead the dough by hand until smooth, then rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare ingredients
- Wash chives, cut into pieces.
- Mix shallots with sauteed garlic, salt, fish sauce, pepper and shallot.
Step 3: Seize the dough
- Divide the dough into small portions, then roll into thin round pieces.
- Put the filling in the middle and cover with your hands.
- Simmer until you run out of dough and filling.
Step 4: Steam the cake
- Put the cake into the Dreamer high-frequency rice cooker, line it with parchment paper or banana leaves, steam the cake with STEAM mode for about 20 minutes until the cake is cooked.
