This is a nutritious and healthy dish, suitable for all members of the family. Salmon rich in omega, vitamins A, D, B12 and lots of healthy trace elements are combined with asparagus – “The nutritional king of vegetables”. With an extremely simple cooking method with the help of Dreamer oil-free fryer, you will immediately have an extremely delicious and attractive dish.

Ingredient:

  • Salmon fillet
  • Fresh asparagus
  • Yellow lemon
  • Cherry tomato
  • Baby carrots
  • White wine
  • Unsalted butter
  • Silver paper
  • Seasoning: pepper, garlic powder, seasoning, salt, sugar

Process materials:

  • Step 1: Wash the salmon, then wash it one more time with white wine to remove the fishy smell. Then drain, marinate the fish with salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder and a little oil, let the fish absorb the spices for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Step 2: Wash asparagus, then halve or cut three to taste.

  • Step 2: Arrange asparagus, cherry tomatoes and baby carrots next to the fish, sprinkle a little salt over the asparagus, cherry tomatoes and carrots.
  • Step 3: Select the baking mode and adjust the temperature to 180ºC for 10 minutes. Then check for doneness and remove asparagus, cherry tomatoes and carrots. Then, bake the fish for another 5 minutes.
