How to do it

3. Stir-fried beef with Piper Lolot Leaves.

Material:

  • 1 ounce beef
  • 70g Piper Lolot Leaves
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Garlic and other spices

How to do it:

  • The beef is washed, chopped into bite-sized pieces and then marinated with minced garlic, some cooking oil and seasoning seeds. Allow about 10 minutes for the meat to absorb the seasoning evenly.
  •  The leaves are washed and drained, cut into chunks the size of 1 knuckle. Onion peeled, citrus areca citrus.

  • 10 jujubes
