Material
- 500gr pork belly
- 6 duck eggs
- 1 coconut
- 100gr sugar
- 50gr garlic, garlic, dried onions and finely chopped peppers
- Other seasonings (fish sauce, sugar, seasoning, colored water, pepper…).
Preliminary processing of raw materials
- Rinse and cut the meat into squares
- Marinate the meat with fresh peppers, chopped garlic onions, some fish sauce, seasoning, sugar, pepper and colored water.
- Boil and peel eggs
Cooking egg stock
- Put the meat in saucepan
- Choose Start – Menu – Quick soup (Seting cooking time 1 hour and 30 minutes)
- Cooking timer: Present -> Choose a 2-hours time ( Including 30 minutes of marinating meat and 1,5 hours of cooking)
- After 30 minutes marinating meat, Put the water coconut and eggs in to marinated meat Pot. The pot will automatically enter cooking mode.
- Complete the dishes, Decor it with onion and red pepper.
