How to make ultra-fast egg stock with a rice cooker

Material

  • 500gr pork belly
  • 6 duck eggs
  • 1 coconut
  • 100gr sugar
  • 50gr garlic, garlic, dried onions and finely chopped peppers
  • Other seasonings (fish sauce, sugar, seasoning, colored water, pepper…).

Preliminary processing of raw materials

  •  Rinse and cut the meat into squares
  • Marinate the meat with fresh peppers, chopped garlic onions, some fish sauce, seasoning, sugar, pepper and colored water.
  • Boil and peel eggs

Cooking egg stock

  • Put the meat in saucepan
  • Choose Start – Menu – Quick soup (Seting cooking time 1 hour and 30 minutes)

  • Cooking timer: Present -> Choose a 2-hours time ( Including 30 minutes of marinating meat and 1,5 hours of cooking)
  • After 30 minutes marinating meat, Put the water coconut and eggs in to marinated meat Pot. The pot will automatically enter cooking mode.

  • Complete the dishes, Decor it with onion and red pepper.
