Cook ribs rice to take to work for lunch, everyone in my company asks how to do it!

A delicious lunch box of ribs is nutritious and easy to make, so why not try it for your lunch?

Materials you need to prepare:

  • 150g ribs
  • 100g potatoes
  • 100g carrots
  • 100g rice
  • 15g soy sauce, 2g salt, 2g ginger, 5g cooking wine.

Making:

Clean the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Cauliflower vegetables are cleaned, boiled and then set aside. Wash the ribs, cut them into small pieces, put them in a pot of water with a few slices of ginger and cooking wine, boil them and then wash them again.

Heat a little cooking oil in a pan, add sliced ginger and sauté until fragrant, then pour in the ribs and stir well. Add soy sauce, salt to the island and then add carrots and potatoes to the island. Add a little water, cover and cook for about 20 minutes until the ribs and potatoes are tender.

Cook the rice in a rice cooker, then pour in the ribs and potatoes and mix well. Cover the pot and braise for about 10 more minutes.

Finished Products:

After the potato rib rice is done, take out the rice box, add boiled cauliflower and you’re done. This dish is not only delicious but also very convenient to bring to work for lunch!
